These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone. The guidelines have three levels of accessibility: A, AA, and AAA. We have chosen Level AA as our target for this website.
We have taken the following measures to ensure accessibility of this Site. We provide descriptive alternative text for all images so that screen readers can convey the content to users who are visually impaired. We use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes to provide proper structure and context. Our forms include clearly associated labels and logical tab order. We maintain sufficient color contrast ratios between text and background colors. The Site is fully navigable using keyboard controls. We provide a responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes. We include an accessibility widget that allows users to adjust text size, contrast, and other visual settings according to their preferences.
Our Site includes a built-in accessibility widget, accessible via the icon in the lower-left corner of every page. This widget allows you to increase or decrease text size, enable high-contrast mode for improved readability, toggle a dyslexia-friendly font, display a reading guide to help track lines of text, and highlight links for easier navigation.
While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, some content may have limitations. PDF floor plans may not be fully accessible to screen readers; if you need floor plan information in an alternative format, please contact us. Some gallery images and renderings are inherently visual and may not be fully conveyed through alternative text alone. Third-party content, including embedded maps and external links, may not meet the same accessibility standards.
